ELITE JUNIOR SUMMER PROGRAM

Program Details

Designed for competitive junior golfers, the Elite Junior Summer Program provides advanced training and performance development for players competing in middle school golf, high school golf, and/or local and state junior events (COPGA, CGA, U.S. Kids). This program is limited to serious players committed to improving their tournament play; coaches will determine if the program is appropriate on a per player basis.

8 private video lessons included

(Twice a month, scheduled a la carte)

Personal TPI Physical Assessment

(3-day-per-week training schedule)

5-day-per-week practice plan provided for training outside of sessions

Instruction will focus on six key components essential for competitive golf success:

Technique

Building a repeatable, efficient, and powerful swing paired with strong fundamentals in ball striking, short game, and putting

Course Management

Developing strategic decision-making, shot selection, and scoring awareness to turn every hole into an opportunity while minimizing mistakes

Stat Evaluations

Using performance data and shot-pattern tracking to identify trends, target weaknesses, and build individualized improvement plans based on results

Mental Game

Strengthening focus, confidence, emotional control, and competitive mindset to handle pressure situations and tournaments

Result-Based Practice

Learning how to practice with measurable goals, purposeful drills, combines, and pressure scenarios designed to produce real improvement on the course—not just at the range

TPI & Golf Fitness

Incorporate Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) assessments and golf-specific fitness training to improve mobility, stability, strength, and overall athletic performance for a more powerful and injury-resistant swing
