Practice Schedule
Players participating in both Summer League and All-Star will practice twice per week:
One practice with their in-house summer league team
One practice with their All-Star team
This schedule continues until the summer season concludes at the end of July.

Expected Additional Events
All-Star teams can expect approximately:
5 additional practices
3 additional matches, including:
One home match against a local club (e.g., Harmony Club or FCC)
One away match at one of those clubs
The All-Star Qualifier
Depending on the size of the field, there may also be a Local Championship Qualifier prior to Regionals.
Qualifications
Active Player Status
All-Star players must be active PGA Jr. League participants.
This includes:
Being a registered #GameChanger Club member
Participating in a majority of team events (games, practices, and activities) in spring and/or summer
Competing in the same local league their All-Star team represents
Points Average (Quality of Play)
To ensure fair and objective team selection, players are evaluated using a points-per-match average (max 3 points per match).
This system balances players who participated in only spring versus those who played both seasons.
Example:
Player A: 7.5 points across 4 matches → 1.875 avg
Player B: 10 points across 8 matches → 1.25 avg
Participation & Commitment
Attendance at practices and matches is tracked and used as a tiebreaker when point averages are similar. Playing both seasons does not guarantee selection, but consistent attendance strengthens a player’s position.
Mileage Requirement
Players must participate in a PGA Jr. League program within 75 miles of their home or enrolled school. Residency is determined by parent/guardian address and must fall within the current calendar year.
13u All-Star Qualifications
Players must be 10–13 years old as of July 31, 2026
We are approved for an 8-player 13u All-Star team
Although leagues may field multiple teams, we will enter one 13u team in 2026
Top 8 players are selected based on points-per-match average and participation
17u All-Star Qualifications
Players must be 14–17 years old as of July 31, 2026
We are approved for a 6-player 17u All-Star team
We will field one 17u team in 2026
Top 8 players are selected based on points-per-match average and participation
Coach’s Discretion
While the process is highly objective, final selections may include coach input to ensure the most competitive team is formed.
Important Note
We fully support the ADM model and the importance of fun and development. During All-Star season, we begin to place greater emphasis on competition and quality of play.
